How files are handled

  • Encrypted at rest and in transit

    Keys are managed separately from the files they protect.

  • Inside the case only

    A document belongs to one case. Access follows case membership, not organisation membership.

  • Scanned on arrival

    Uploads are checked for malware before they are processed.

  • Versions kept

    Replacing a file keeps the previous version and records who changed it.

  • Processed on request

    AI analysis runs when you ask, not continuously, and is logged.

  • Not used for training

    Case content is processed for your case only and is not used to train shared models.
