Pricing questions

What do the prices include?

Billed monthly per workspace; a recurring subscription that renews each month until cancelled. Each plan includes a number of team members, active cases, encrypted storage, document processing, AI analysis and Case Agent conversations at the tier shown in the comparison. No VAT is added: THYNKR SYSTEMS LTD is not VAT-registered, so the price shown is the total price and there is no VAT to reclaim.

Is billing per user or per workspace?

Per workspace. Each plan includes its team-member allowance; Enterprise allowances are agreed contractually.

Which currencies are supported?

GBP for the United Kingdom is published. USD for the United States and CAD for Canada have separate price books that are not yet published; prices are never converted from GBP.

How do I subscribe?

Subscription checkout opens together with the LexSalim application. Until then, use the contact page to register interest in a plan; nothing is charged and no payment details are collected.

Can I cancel?

Cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. The refund and cancellation policy (draft) sets out the detail.

Is there a free trial?

Early access is arranged through the contact page. Trial terms, if any, will be published before checkout opens.
