The LexSalim application is opening in stages and is not yet available for public sign-in. This article describes how the workspace is designed to work for early-access members; wording and screens may change before general release.
Current status: invitation only
The LexSalim application is in early access. Public registration is closed. Early-access members receive an invitation email that lets them create an account; nobody else can register yet. If you would like to join the early-access group, choose a plan on the Get started page and register your interest, or contact us.
How registration works
When registration is open for you (by invitation now, publicly later), the steps are:
- Enter your email address.
- Read and accept the terms of service and privacy notice. The version you accepted is recorded with your account.
- Enter the 8-digit code sent to your email address. This proves the address is yours.
- Add your name.
- Either accept a pending invitation to an existing organisation, or create a new organisation and name it.
No password is created at any point; see Signing in with an email code.
Invitations
If someone has invited you to their organisation, you will receive an invitation email. Register with the same email address the invitation was sent to, and the invitation appears at the final step. Invitations are single-use and give you the member role unless the inviter chose differently; see Organisations, roles and permissions.
What we collect at registration
Your email address, your name, the terms version you accepted and the time of acceptance. Usage of the service is recorded in an audit trail. See the privacy notice (draft) linked in the footer for the full description.
Subscriptions
Creating an account and choosing a plan are separate steps. Paid plans are purchased through Stripe checkout from inside the application once it opens; see Subscribing through Stripe checkout.
