Check these first
- The address. LexSalim gives the same response whether or not an address is registered, so a typo simply produces no email. Choose Change email and look carefully.
- Spam or junk folder. Search for "LexSalim".
- Timing. Emails usually arrive within a minute. Wait 60 seconds before using Resend code; resends are limited to one per minute.
- Expiry. Codes last five minutes. If the first email arrived late, request a new one. Remember that requesting a new code invalidates the old one, so enter the most recent code.
- Attempts. Each code allows three attempts. After that, request a new code.
Locked out?
Too many failed attempts or too many code requests in an hour temporarily lock sign-in for that address. This is a protection against guessing. Wait and try again later; the lock lifts automatically.
Email filtering
If your organisation filters incoming mail, ask your IT team to allow messages from the LexSalim sending domain. Support can tell you the exact sender address.
Early access
If you are not yet an early-access member, you will not receive a code because the application is not open for public sign-in. Register interest from the Get started page.
Still nothing
Contact support with the address you are using and the times you requested codes. Do not send any code you did receive; support never needs it.
