What Lana is

Lana is the compact help assistant at the corner of every page on lexsalim.com. Ask what LexSalim does, how sign-in works, what a plan includes or how to contact support, and Lana points you to the relevant help article or answers from it.

What Lana uses

Lana answers from the published help articles in this help centre, and from nothing else. Draft articles, the application, your account and your cases are all outside its reach. If a question is not covered, Lana says so and offers the contact page rather than guessing.

What Lana never does

  • Access private cases, uploaded documents, financial records, account credentials or administrator data.
  • Give personal legal, tax or financial advice.
  • Take payments, change accounts or perform any privileged action.
  • Pass your conversation to a sales or marketing system.

What is stored

Your conversation with Lana stays in your browser for the current visit and is not kept by LexSalim. If live AI replies are enabled in future, this article and the privacy notice will be updated first, and any stored data will be described here before it is collected. Do not type case details, personal data about others, or financial information into Lana; use the contact page and we will arrange a secure channel if needed.

Accessibility

Lana can be opened with the keyboard, is announced to screen readers, traps focus while open, closes with Escape, and works on phones. If any of this fails for you, please tell us.

Lana and Case Agents are different

Case Agents live inside the application, work on one case each and are available only to members of that case. Lana lives on the public website and knows only public information. The two share no data.
