Subscription and Billing Terms

These terms govern subscriptions to the LexSalim Service and form part of the Terms of Service. Cancellation and refunds are covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Paid checkout is not yet open; no fee is charged and no payment details are collected until it is.

Subscriptions are per organisation workspace, billed monthly. The approved prices are:

Only the United Kingdom price book is published. Price books for the United States and Canada are not yet published; prices for those regions will be set separately and are never derived by converting the UK price. Enterprise pricing is agreed by contract. The pricing page shows the allowances for each plan; the exact figures are shown in the application at checkout and in your plan settings.

THYNKR SYSTEMS LTD is not registered for VAT. No VAT is charged, the UK prices shown are the total prices payable, and no VAT invoice is issued. If THYNKR SYSTEMS LTD becomes VAT-registered, we will tell you before any change to the amount you pay takes effect. Payment is taken by our payment processor through its hosted checkout. Card and bank details are entered on the processor’s page and are not stored by us. Your subscription starts when the processor confirms payment to the Service; reaching a confirmation page is not itself confirmation. Invoices are available in your workspace billing page. Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same day of the month (or the last day of a shorter month) until cancelled. The payment method on file is charged at renewal. You can cancel at any time as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

You can upgrade at any time; the difference is charged pro-rata for the remainder of the period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. If your usage exceeds the allowances of a lower plan you may be asked to archive cases or remove members before the downgrade takes effect.

We may change prices or plan allowances by giving at least 30 days’ notice by email and in the Service before the change applies to your next renewal. If you do not accept the change you may cancel before it takes effect. Promotional or introductory prices end on the date stated when offered.

Each plan includes allowances for active cases, team members, encrypted storage, document processing, AI analysis and Case Agent conversations. The application enforces allowances: when a limit is reached the related action is paused until the next period, until usage is reduced, or until you upgrade. Allowances are not carried over between periods. We may adjust how usage is measured and will explain the measure in the application.

If a payment fails we notify you and retry. The grace period, read-only state and cancellation point are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Enterprise subscriptions are governed by a signed order form and contract, which may vary these terms, set annual billing, invoice payment terms, custom allowances and a data-processing agreement.
